Produced around the time of World War I, based on the make of this piece and the company's age.Niccolo amati type, with a rich undulation on the reverse side and the top and bottom sides, and a beautiful tone.The button is branded \"Sarasate Artiste\".The violin was maintained by a craftsman in Japan around 2003.Pegs, frames, and tailpiece were replaced, and varnish retouching was done.In December 2010, we had another maker in Japan check it.It has been confirmed that there are no cracks, peeling, and of course, no fretboard drop.In the market, it would probably sell for about US$4,500.
