Her first book, Tall Poppy Syndrome, a collaborative work with Amy Stein, was published in 2012. In 2018, Mehrfar completed a stop motion video piece, A Collective Performance, as a commission for TEDxSydney. Her photographs and video installations have been exhibited internationally.
