How we work

We scope small. The fastest way to waste a budget is to specify a system for eighteen months of imagined requirements. We build the smallest useful thing, put it in front of the people who will use it, and go from there.

We write things down. Every engagement leaves you with documentation you own — how it works, how to change it, where it runs. No dependency on us to understand your own systems.

We answer. You are dealing with one person, directly. No account manager, no ticket queue.
